For team sports (Football, Basketball), athletes must wear matching uniforms with fixed jersey numbers that cannot be changed after registration. For other sports, athletes are responsible for wearing appropriate sports attire that aligns with cultural norms and specific regulations of each sport (e.g., Obstacle Running requires wearing a PE shirt or an ISB T-shirt).
Team formation guidelines:
Team formation rules:
For the ISB.BBUS and ASEAN COOP Programs:
Cohorts K49 and K50: A maximum of two youth union chapters may merge to form one team;
Cohort K48: Full-cohort alliance is permitted;
For the Western Sydney Business Program, Global Pathways Program, and EAP Program:
Students are allowed to form teams across the entire cohort;
Students from these programs may only merge with one youth union chapter from either the ISB.BBUS or ASEAN COOP program;
Each team must appoint one team captain. The captain will represent the team during the draw and act as the official contact with the Organizing Committee regarding any inquiries or disputes related to the competition.
For example:
If an athlete registers but does not show up regardless of any reason, they will lose the deposit and may receive training point deductions.
Most matches will be held in the evening after the last class of the day and will be announced in advance to help athletes prepare and arrange their personal or academic schedules. The competition schedule will be fixed and will not change unless there is an emergency situation.
To ensure there is no conflict with students' class schedules, most events will be held on weekday evenings.
