What are the uniform requirements for ISB GAMES 2025: STREAK?

For team sports (Football, Basketball), athletes must wear matching uniforms with fixed jersey numbers that cannot be changed after registration. For other sports, athletes are responsible for wearing appropriate sports attire that aligns with cultural norms and specific regulations of each sport (e.g., Obstacle Running requires wearing a PE shirt or an ISB T-shirt).

How are teams formed for each sport? How many members are allowed per team?

Team formation guidelines:

  • For Mini Soccer, each team has 5 players on the field (maximum 14 members/team). 
  • For Basketball, each team has 3 players on the court (maximum 5 members/team).

Team formation rules:

For the ISB.BBUS and ASEAN COOP Programs:

Cohorts K49 and K50: A maximum of two youth union chapters may merge to form one team;

Cohort K48: Full-cohort alliance is permitted;

For the Western Sydney Business Program, Global Pathways Program, and EAP Program:

Students are allowed to form teams across the entire cohort;

Students from these programs may only merge with one youth union chapter from either the ISB.BBUS or ASEAN COOP program;

Each team must appoint one team captain. The captain will represent the team during the draw and act as the official contact with the Organizing Committee regarding any inquiries or disputes related to the competition.

For example:

  • IBU01 + MAR01: Valid
  • IBU01 + WSB 12.0.1 : Valid
  • IBU01 + WSB 12.0.1 + MAR01: INVALID
  • IBU01 + WSB 12.0.1 + PWB 13.5.1: Valid

What if an athlete registers but does not show up?

If an athlete registers but does not show up regardless of any reason, they will lose the deposit and may receive training point deductions.

What happens if an athlete’s competition schedule overlaps with their class schedule?

Most matches will be held in the evening after the last class of the day and will be announced in advance to help athletes prepare and arrange their personal or academic schedules. The competition schedule will be fixed and will not change unless there is an emergency situation.

When will the competitions take place?

To ensure there is no conflict with students' class schedules, most events will be held on weekday evenings.

What is the competition content for Shooting?

  • Content: 10m Individual Rifle (Male/Female).
  • Competition format:

+Men's Individual;

+Women's Individual;

  • Equipment:

+Rifle type: Gamo Hunter 440 & CFX Royal;

+Ammunition: Gamo Match pellets;

+Target: 8cm x 8cm target - manually scored.

What are the competition formats for each sport in ISB GAMES 2025: STREAK?

Each sport will have a different competition format:

  • For Basketball and Football, based on the number of registered teams, we will conduct a draw to divide the teams into brackets for a knockout tournament.
  • For Billiards, Badminton, Chess, Chinese Chess, Shooting, players will be divided into random pairs for a knockout tournament.

Who is eligible to register for ISB GAMES 2025: STREAK?

Students who are currently studying at the International School of Business, including the 4 following programs: 

  • ISB.BBUS  Bachelor of Talented Program.
  • ISB ASEAN Co-op Bachelor Program.
  • Western Sydney Bachelor of Business Program.
  • Global Pathways International Bachelor Program.

What are the participation fees for ISB GAMES 2025: STREAK?

For individual and duo sports (Billiards, Badminton, Chinese Chess, Chess, Shooting):

  • Fee: 60.000 VNĐ/sport/athlete

(Including a 20,000 VND deposit, refundable if the athlete fully participates and follows the rules).

  • Registering for 4 sports: 160,000 VND/athlete (60,000 VND deposit).
  • Registering for 3 sports: 135,000 VND/athlete (45,000 VND deposit).
  • Registering for both Chess & Chinese Chess: 60,000 VND/athlete (20,000 VND deposit).
  • For Badminton doubles (male/female/mixed): 60,000 VND/event/pair (20,000 VND deposit).

For team sports (Football, Basketball, Obstacle Running):

  • Fee: 40,000 VND/sport/athlete

Each team’s representative must pay an additional 500,000 VND responsibility deposit/sport/team. This will be fully refunded after the Games if the team fully and responsibly participates.

Do backup players for team sports also have to pay the participation fee?

Yes, backup players are also required to pay the participation fee.

For example, a mini football team that has 14 members (including 5 main players, 7 backup players, and 2 managers) will have to pay a total fee of 40,000 VND x 12 members (excluding managers) + 500,000 VND team deposit.
